Dr. Chelsea is a pelvic physical therapist. It was her own challenging post partum recovery that propelled her into this line of work, and she loves helping mamas discover complete restoration of their bodies after birth. She owns Dallas Pelvic Health, a concierge pelvic PT practice, and when she’s not treating, she enjoys long walks with her husband, tickle fights with her toddler, and experimenting in the kitchen with healthy recipes.
